Agencies Saudi Arabia has stepped up its offensive against the United Nations in an unprecedented manner since it was blacklisted for the killing of Yemen’s children and officially accused it of funding the Huthis.

Saudi Arabia’s official news agency Saudi Arabia said in a statement that Saudi Arabia expressed its “strong disapproval of what was stated in the report of a special committee at the United Nations about the international organization to provide $ 14 million to the so-called Ministry of Education, the Yemeni affiliate of the Houthi” .

“The support of the United Nations for the Houthi coup militias is unjustifiable and unacceptable,” the Saudi delegation said.

This came in a speech to the Saudi delegation at a meeting of the UN Political Affairs Committee to discuss mine issues. The Saudi delegation was angered by the lack of reference by the UN report to “the Huthis planting mines”.

According to the agency, Saudi Arabia expressed its “surprise and regret at not referring to these facts in the report submitted to the UN Committee on the matter, considering it a serious disregard for what these mines pose to the security and safety of Saudi Arabia.”

The United Nations intervened to save the education process as a result of the suspension of salaries of teachers for more than a year because of the transfer of the central bank to Aden, and pledged financial assistance to pay salaries, other than Saudi Arabia considered it funding for the Houthis, but Sanaa did not confirm whether received funds from the United Nations or not

Saudi Arabia has been waging an ongoing media campaign against the United Nations since the alliance was blacklisted for killing children in Yemen early last month
